The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll call.
MnvPd bar Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
March 2�4-, 1941 be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the City Engineer having reported the comple-
tion of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 571, said work is hereby ac-
cepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district
and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to give notice of hearing on said assessment
roll for Monday, April 28, 1941 at ten o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the payrolls for the month of March, 1941 be
allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Depts.
$3,625.43; Health Dept. $1,132.50; Police Dept. $4,641.61; Fire Dept. $6,407.39; Engin-
eerin Dept. $430.87; Irrigation $477.77' F. R. & P. $742.05; P. R. & P. $196.2 ; Ceme-
tery 127.57; Park $160.00; City Street 4175.00; Library 1734.75 and Revolving $$556.99:
carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that we do notfa adjourn to meet Tuesday, April 1,
1941 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ADJOURNED MEETING, TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 1941, 9 A. M.
The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Wash-
burn and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Irrigation $994.14; L.I.D. Revolv-
ing $127.50; Tennis Court $103.76 and Water $730.25: carried, Riley, Washburn and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn: carried, Riley, Washburn
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
