Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, February 17, 1941 be approved as read: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call, Riley absent. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that there being no business to come before the board ee do now adjourn to meet Friday, February 28, 1941 at nine o'clock A. M: car- ried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call, Riley absent. ADJOURNED MEETING, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY.29, 1.941, 9 A. M., The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Commissioners Washburn and Clark present on roll call, Riley absent. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the payrolls for the month of February, 1941 be allOIATed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Depts. $3337.15; Health ?1132.50; Police $4565.00; Fire x¢6359 16; Engineer $399.78; Revolving y$5 7.06; Irrigation :483.85; Cemetery 127.57; Park x$160.00 City'Street $215.00; Li- brary $735.20; F. R. & P. $742.05; P. R. & P. g$196.25 and Water carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call, Riley absent.
