ThP City Commission met in regular sission, Mayor Riley and Commissioner Clark present
on roll csll, Commissioner Washburn absent.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
February 10th, 1941 be approved as read: carried, Riley and Clark voting aye on roll
call, Washburn absent.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that the following
CD
claims be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $3,369.94; City Street
$2,912.91; Library $396.71; Park 50.23; Cemetery $10.49; Fixed Estimate x$197.48; L.I.
D. Revolving $217._0, Irrigation 17.35; Water $6,317.09; L.I.D. Guaranty �3, 50.00;
F.R. & P. $98.09;-Crusher 4652.27;. P.R. & P. $5.90; Municipal Garage $19+.42; Water
Deposit $465.55 and Cemetery Trust $299.12: carried, Riley and Clark voting aye on
roll call, Washburn absent.
Moved. by Clark, seconded by Riley that this being the time for receiving bids for the
City printing for the ensuing year, the bid of the Republic Publishing Company in the
sum of 50! per column inch is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to enter into a contract for the doing of said work: carried;. Riley and Clark voting
aye on roll call, Washburn absent.
ORDINANCE NO. B -497, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install-
ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local
Improvement District No. 566, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons
attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof", was introduced by Clark and
read by the City Clerk.

carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu-
tion No. C -493 providing for the vacation of the East 70' of the West 270' of Lot 3,
Leaming's Addition, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said va-
cation proceedings, or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance providing
for said vacation be passed as finally read: carried, Riley and Clark voting aye on
roll call, Washburn absent.
ORDINANCE NO. B -499, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of that por-
tion of the East 70 feet of the West 270 feet of Lot 3, Leaming's Addition to North
Yakima, now Yakima, lying southerly and. westerly of the State Highway as established
on the ground on November 25, 194011, was introduced by Clark and read by the City
Clerk.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -498 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Riley and. Clark voting aye on roll call,
Washburn absent.

reading and read in full: carried, Riley and Clark voting aye on roll call, Washburn
absent.
