Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, January 6th, 1941 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $$3130.45 City Street $3425.29; Library $$640.64; Park $$52.74; Cemetery $43.&8; Fixed Estimate 100.00; L. I.D Revolving $$1 3.78; Irrigation $$&3.60; Water 03865.12; Crusher`$540.79; Delinquent Property Sales $309.32; P. R. & P. $167.66; carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -492, A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of the North 50 feet of the South 53 feet of the East 25 feet of the West 2, Southeast 1, Northwest_ -1 of the North- east �, Section 25, Township 13, North, Range 18, E.W.M.- WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is-the owner of the following de- scribed real property situated in Yakima County, State of Washington, to -wit: The north 50 feet of the south 53 feet of the east 25 feet of the West 112 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Township 13 North, Range 18, E. W. M., by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of the City of Yakima, County of Yakima, State of Washington, to said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for de- linquent local improvement assessments, and WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said City of Yakima to sell said premises to REX R. CAMPBELL and CORA M. CAMPBELL, husband and wife, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That said above described premises be and they are hereby author- ized to be sold to REX R. CAMPBELL and CORA M. CAMPBELL, husband and wife, for the total sum of Ten and No /100 ($$10.00) Dollars, and the Mayor, E. B. Riley, is hereby authorized to execute a deed to said premises, and the City Clerk, Pearl Benjamin, is hereby authorized and directed to attest the same for and on behalf of the said City of Yakima.
