The City' Commission met in -regular session, Itiayor Dudley and. Commissioners Hedges and Coons(
voting aye on roll call..
Loved. by Dudley, seconded. by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of IV +londay,
September 12th11927, be approved. as rFad.;carried., Dudley, Ile dges and Coonse voting aye on
roil call..
Moved. by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time and place for the hearing on
Resolution I\to.B -1036 for constructing a sid.ei,,ialk on the east side of South 4th. Street from
Itiiaple Street to a line 150 feet south of Beech Street etc., and. there being no objections
in writing or otherwise to said. imp.rover::ent or any part thereof, the ordinance creating a
Local Improvement District is hereby laid on the table for one week; carried, Dudley, Hedges
and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE' NO.A- .10 -67, entitled: "An Ordina-: ce adopting the plans and profiles . for the improve
rr_ent of Walnut Street, in the City of Yakiz:?a,,,Yashington, by separating the street and
railroad grades at the Walnut Street crossing of the Northern Pacific Relilway Company's
tracks, in the City of Yakima,`Idashingt'on, by the elevation. of such railway tracks and. the
construction of a subway or underground crossing beneath the same, and changing the grade
on Vlalnu.t Street and, South-Front Street, necessitated, by said improvement; was introduced
by Coonse and, read. by the City Clerk.

adding a section thereto and declaring an emergency ", was introduced. by Dudley, and. read
