voting -aye on roll call.
Moved bl• Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mond.ay,June
20th and adjourned. meeting thereof be approved as read.;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting
aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dud.ley, that the bond_ of R.A.Geary,Contractor, in the sum of.
$1273.90 for paving the alley in Block, Local Improvement District No.440 is hereby approved
and filed with the City Clerk;carried,Dudlev,Hedges and Coonse voting aye. on roll. call.

1264..60 for paving the alley in Block Noll, Local. Improvement District No.436, is hereby

$1355.00, for paving the alley in Block 31, Local Improvement District No.437, is hereby

ORDINANCE NO-A-1052, entitled: "An Ordinance .providing for the Amproven.:ent of property in the -
City of Yakima,Glashington, by tl�e construction of a vitrified_ clay pipe sewer, establishing a
Local Improvement District, providing for the method of payment therefor, and creating a
special fund, was introduced. by Coonse, snd read by, the City Clerk.

and. read by title only; carr,ied,Dudley,Hedges and. Coonse voting aye on roll call.

to contractors, by publication as required by law for constructing a serer on -Lots 3 to 16
inclusive- Block. 2,Gilberts Addition in Local ?mprovernent District No.44.1; bids to be received
