Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for'the hearing on Resolution No.B -1022, to improve- Cornell Avenue from Division Street to Peach Street by grading and gravelling same, arid. there being no objection in writing-,;or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered t-lat the. ordinance creating a local.improverrie:nt district be laid on the table for one week;carried,Duu ley and Hedges voting aye on_ roll call, Coonse absent.
