Y.A.KIMA,WASHINGTON; That it is its intention to construct a vitrified clay pipe.sewer to serve all that portion of the city bounded. on the east by Nineteenth Avenue South, on the south by Division Street, on the west by Twentieth Avenue South, and on the north by West Chest- nut Street, said sewer to ccommence at the west end of the sewer heretofore constructed upon Division Street at the alley east of Nineteenth Avenue South, and. to extend thence westward along Division Street to Twentieth Avenue South, thence northerly alonj Twentieth Avenue South to West Chestnut Street; said sewer to be 8 inches in inside diameter and to• be prcv?.ded with 7 brick manholes and 42 wye branches, and the doing of such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the. plans and specificatiol therefor prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk.
