March 7th,1927.
The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and Coonse
voting aye on _roll call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
February 28th,1927, and. adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read.; carried,Dud.ley,Hedges
and. Coonse voting aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO.B- 1014,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY.OF YAKIMA,I"IASHINGTON:
That it is-its intention to improve Twenty- second A,,renue. -North and Thirty -third
Avenue North from West Yakima Avenue to Summit View Avenue, and Barge Street and Eleanor
Street from Twenty - second Avenue North to Twenty - fourth Avenue North, by.grad.ing and gravelin
the same, the graded. roadway on,-,each of said '=streets and avenues to be twenty -four ,(24) feet
in wid.th and the gravelled portion to be' eighteen (18) feet in 'width, and by doing all such
other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the plans and
specifications .therefor, prepared by the City .Engineer and filed with the City Clerk.
All persons who may.desire to object to said propesed,improvement are hereby notified
to _ appear .and .present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to .be held. at its
offices in the City Office Building -in the City of'Yakima,'.Vashington, at. the hour of nine
o'clock A.11. on Monday, the 28th day of March,.1927, which time and place i are hereby fixed for
the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections thereto and
for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give
due notice of said hearing and of tle intention to mke the aforesaid improvement.
The cost and expense of said .improvement shall be borne by and assessed against all
of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law, and the City
Engineer is hereby directed.to submit -to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed
herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to be submitted
by him.
Adopted by the City Commission this 7th day of March,1927.

RESOLUTION NO.B- 1015,7HEREAS, By Chapter 18 of the laws of 1923 it is provided that in any
city or town in the State of Washington having a population of less than seventy -five thous
inhabitants that upon a majority vote of its City Council to designate one or more banks in
the county wherein such city or town is located as depositary or depositaries of the moneys
required to be kept by said City Treasurer.
NOIV, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Yakima, Wash ingtc
that the following banks be and they are hereby designated depositaries of the moneys requirec
to be kept by the City Treasurer of the City of Yakima,`ffashington, -said. banks being as followf
to -wit:
Yakima National Bank
First National Bank
West Side National Bank
Yakima Valley Bank
all of said banks being situated in the City of Yakima, "Hashington.
