The City Commission met in regular session,Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges add Traub voting aye_ on roll call. Moved by Dudley, seconded. by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 15th,1926, be approved as read.; carri ed,Dtzd.ley,Hedges l and Traub voting 'aye-on roll call. Moved. by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that:the City Engineer having reported the completion of the improvement of paving North 6th Street from Yakima Avenue to "D'" -Street and "A' Street from Naches Avenue to Sixth Street in Local Improvement District No.421, by the contractor,Yakima Paving Company, in the sum of $22,386.40; it is hereby ordered. that said improvement be acce,?ted and. the City Engineer is hereby authorized to prepare an assessment roll therefor and the- City Clerk authorized to give notice by publication as required by law; carri ed.,Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
