Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 8th,192 -6, be adopted as read; carried;Dud.ley;Hed.ges and.-Traub voting aye on roll call. 1 oved. by Traub,seconded by Hedges, that this being the time and place for the. hearing on the asses.s.nent. roll in Local Improvement District N0.417, and there being no object -ions in writing or otherwise to s aid assessment roll or any part thereof, it is. ordered that the ord.i.,ance confirming the assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as finally read; carried,Dudley,Hedges -.and. Traub-,voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.A -1016, entitled: "An Ordinance confirming the Assessment Roll covering Local Improver_ient District - No.417, as established by Ordinance No. -.A -965, as amended by Ordinance No-A-997 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima ",was ir.ntrodu-ced,-by Traub and. read. by the City Clerk.
