.October 18th,1.926, -be aproved as read.; carried,Dudley,Hedges and. Traub voting aye on roll
-call.
.Moved..by Traub, seconded..by_Hedges, that this being the time and place for receiving bid.s
.for constructing a sidewalk on North 4th Street in Local Improvement District No. 429,
and the bid of R.A.Geary,Contractor, in the surl of $'522.27 being the only bid. received, for
said work, said. contract, is hereby awarded-to him upon his filing a bond as required. by
law;carried,Dud.ley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on-roll call.

authorized to issue warrants therefor ;carri.ed.,Dudley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on roll
call.
