Moved by Traub, seconded by Dud.ley,that the City Engineer having reported the completion of the improvement for paving Sixth Avenue North in Local Improvement District No-417, by the Contractors,Hard.y & Richings, in the stn of 1p.13,862.09; said improvement is hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district, and. the City.Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday,November 15th,1926, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried,Dudley;Hedges and Traub -vo.ting aye on roll tail.
