RESOLijTION NO.B- 1001,Br IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C01MISSION OF TT-7, CITY OF YAKIT'IA,WTASHING7ON:
That it is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yakima ,Vashington,
to improve North Fourth Street from "E" Street to "F" Street, ail in the City of Yakima,
Washington, by the constru,ction of a Portland cement concrete sidewalk, six feet in width
along the east side thereof, and. by d.oing all such other work.as may be necessary in connect-
ion therewith,. all in..accord.ance with the -plans and. specifications therefor, pre - Dared by the
City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk..
All persons who may desire to object to said, proposed. improve,_lent are hereby
notified to appear and.-gresent such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held
at its office in the City Office B .ilding in the City of Yakima ,Washington, at the hour of
nine o'clock A.M. , on Monday, the 4th d.ay of October, 1926, which time and. place are hereby
f.imed for the hearing of all matters-relating to said. proposed. improvement,all objections
thereto, ::end. for Bete rmining , the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to give d.ue notice of said. hearing .and of the intention to makethe aforesaid. improve -
me nt .
The cost and expense of said. improvement shall be borne by and. assessed. against
all of the property legally and. properly assessable therefor, as provid.ed by law, and the
City Engineer is hereby directed. to submit to the City Commission, at or prior to the date
fixed. herein for said, hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to be
submitted by him.

of improving Second. Avenue North in Local Improvement District Nol._418, by grading and.
paving same by the contractors, Hardy & Richings, in the sum of ,$43,255.55; said work is
hereby accepted. and. the City Engineer authorized. to prepare an assessment roll for said
