Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved. by Traub,seconded. by Hedges, that this being the time for .receiving bid.s for geadin and graveling Sixth Avenue South.in Local Improvement District No.426, the following were submitted: A:S.Wilson, 1839.25 and Halstead and. Noel in the sum of X730.07; the latter being the lowest and best bid, the contract was awarded to them upon the filing of a proper bond.; carri ed,Dud.ley,Hed.ges and. Traub voting aye on roll call. Ifioved. by Traub, s econded by Hedges, that this being the time for receiving bid.s for grading and graveling North Ninth. Street in Local Improvement District No.425, the follow- stead. were submitted.: A•S.Wilson,,`2284.00 and. Halstead. and.
