The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and.
Traub voting, aye on roll call.'
Loved. by Dud.ley,seconded.. by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Ivlond.ay,
August 24th,1926, and. adjourned meeting thereof be approved. as .read;carried.,Dud.ley,Hed.ges
and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Traub,seconded. by Hedges, that this being the time for .receiving bid.s for geadin
and graveling Sixth Avenue South.in Local Improvement District No.426, the following were
submitted: A:S.Wilson, 1839.25 and Halstead and. Noel in the sum of X730.07; the latter
being the lowest and best bid, the contract was awarded to them upon the filing of a proper
bond.; carri ed,Dud.ley,Hed.ges and. Traub voting aye on roll call.

grading and graveling North Ninth. Street in Local Improvement District No.425, the follow-
stead. were submitted.: A•S.Wilson,,`2284.00 and. Halstead. and. Noe1,�1835.70; the latter being
the lowest and. best bid, the contract was awarded. to them upon the filing of the proper
bond; carried., Dud.ley,Hed.ges and. Traub voting aye on roll call.

for paving A and. B Streets in Local Irinproverent District No.428 and. bids submitted for said
paving being all above. the Engineer's Estimate it was decided to abandon said improvement
for the-present year and all bids were rejected.;carried, Dudley and Hedges voting aye on
roll call,Traub No.
Moved by Traub, seconded. by Hedges'-; that this being the time and place for the hearing on
the assessment roll in Local Improve .ent District No-423 for improving!�Lots. one to ten
in Shermans Addition by constructing an irrigation system; and there being.no protests in
writing' or otherwise to said. assessment roll or any part thereof, it is ordered that the
ordinance confirming said. roll be passed as finally read;carri ed,Dudley,Hed.ges and Traub
voting aye on roll call.
