The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Dudley,seconded. by Hedges, that this being the time for receiving bids for coal for the City for 1927, the following bids were received; Buchanan. Transfer & Fuel Co., No.l Mine,$6.43; No.3 Mine,$5.68; Pioneer Lumber Co.', No.l Nine $6.1.5; A.B.Fosseen & Co., No.1 Mine,$6.10 per ton,, the bid. of A.B.Fosseen & Co., in the sum of*$6.10.being the lowest and best bid, contract was awarded. to them. ORDINANCE NO.A- 999,entitled: "An Ordinance fixing the-time of delinquency of the assessments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements in Local Improvement District No.420, and. providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached, for the pay - ment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was. introduced by Dud.ley and. read by the City Clerk.
