Moved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the monutes of the regular meeting.of Monda.y,.
July 12th,1926, be approved as read; ca.rri ed,Dud.l ey .,Hedges .and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hed -:es, that this belling the time for the- hearing on Resolution
No.3-928 for constructing an 8 inch vitrified clay pipe sewer on North first St.r.eet .from. the
alley -north of Yakima Avenue to a point 200 feet north of the north line of "A" Street, and
there being no objections in. writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part .thereof, it
is ordered. that the Ordinance creating a Local fmprovement District be laid.• on the table for
one week;carr.ied,Dudley,Hedges and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that this being the time for the hearing for improv +:ing
Sixth Avenue South from St. Helens Street to�Baker Street by grading and. graveling the same,
the graveled portion to be 16 feet in width and. the graveled portion to be 30 feet in width,
and there being. no objections in writing or otherwise to said. improvem:,,,.nt or any part thereof
it is ordered. that the Ordinance creating a Local Improvement District be laid. on the table
for one week;carried,Dudley,Hedges and. Traub voting aye on roll calla

No.B -931 for improving North- Ninth Ot -reet from "B" Street to "D" Street by grading and
graveling said. street, the graded portion to-be 40_ufeet in width and the graveled portion
.to be' 24 feet in width,*and-there being no protests in writing or otherwise to said improve -
�ment or any pa,:�t thereof, it is ordered that- the ordinance creating a Local Irriproveiuent
,District .be laid on the table for-one week;carried,Dud.ley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on roll
call.
RESOLUTION NO.B- 933,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLVITAISSION OF T= CITY OF YAKIM ; , "WASHINGTON:
That it is its intention to improve "A" Street fro�i North Sixth Street to North
Seventh Street and. B Street from North Nacres Avenue to North Seventh Street,. in. the City of
Yakima ;Yakima County,` ,Vashington,by grading and. paving the same with either a one course
Portland cement concrete pavement; a vibrolithic concrete pavement or a - pavement having a
Portland cement concrete base, a black base or a crushed rock base, and either a bituminous
concrete wearing surface or-a "Warrenite Bitulithic" wearing-surface, the pavement to be
thirty tvio (32) feetin wid.th, and. by constructing concrete-curbs along both sides of "A"
Street and. "B" Street, and. by doing all such other work -as may be necessary in connection
therewith, all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by
the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed imProvei.ient afe hereby
notified, to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be
held at it-s offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakir:ia,Uashington, at the hour
of 9 o'clock A.Z .. on Monday the 9th day of August ,1926, -which time and place are hereby fixed
for the hearing of �all'matt:ers relating to said. proposed improvement, all - objectio is thereto
and. for determining the method of payment there=for, and the City Clerk is hereby directed
to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention -to make the aforesaid improverrient..
The- cost and. expense of said imc�rovei?ent • s]].all be borne by and assessed against
all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor];. as provided by law, and. the Cit
Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed
herein for said. hearing, all of the data and other info nilat i -rn required. by law . to be sub-
mitted by him.

.That it is its intention to improve both sides of North Ninth Street from Yakima
Avenue to.B Street, in the City of Yakima,, Washington, by the construction of a Portland.
cement concrete.sid.ewalk six feet in w -dth, and by doing all such other-work as may be
necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the plans and..specifications
therefor, prepared by the City Engineer and _filed. -with the City Clerk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvei:lent are hereby
notified to appear and. present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held.
