RFSOLUTI(�IT NO.B- 932'NHEREAS, by Ordinance No.A =998 of the City of Yakima ,Washington, pass ed. by the City Com�riasion- the 28th day' of June, 1926, it is provided. in Section 1 thereof that the Water Department of the City of Yaki,,n ,Wasl-iington,' is established. and. that the officers and. other employees of the Depart Gent shall-consist of the Superintendent of "Water and. such officials,-clerks etc., as maybe necessary to an efficient 'adrnin- istration of the Der,,artr!Tent and. as may be provided frm time to time by ordinance or resolution of the City Commission.
