RFSOLUTI(�IT NO.B- 932'NHEREAS, by Ordinance No.A =998 of the City of Yakima ,Washington, pass ed.
by the City Com�riasion- the 28th day' of June, 1926, it is provided. in Section 1 thereof that
the Water Department of the City of Yaki,,n ,Wasl-iington,' is established. and. that the officers
and. other employees of the Depart Gent shall-consist of the Superintendent of "Water and. such
officials,-clerks etc., as maybe necessary to an efficient 'adrnin- istration of the Der,,artr!Tent
and. as may be provided frm time to time by ordinance or resolution of the City Commission.

NOW, =E REF 0EE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C(2�MIISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA,
WASHINGTON:
That the office of Cashier of the Water Department be,. and the same is hereby
established;
AI,I) BE IT F1JRTHER RESOLVED, that Ray W.Washburn be, and. he is hereby, appointed
Cashier of the Mater Department at a salary' of One Hundred. Fifty ($150.00) per month,
payable from the first day of July,1926;
AND,19HEREAS, it is necessary that there be appointed. three Clerks in the ffater
Department of the City of Yakima, Washington, and. their salary fixed;

That there be, and there is hereby established. three clerkships in the Water

Hundred ($100.00) Dollars per month, and,the other two a salary of Seventy -Five 0$75.00)
Dollars per month each.
