Moved by Dud.ley,second.ed by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of 11onday, June 21st,1926, be, approved. as read;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Dudley,that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No.B -925 for constructing an irrigation district in Lots 1 to 10 inclusive of Shermans Addition and the North 120 feet of the South 150 feet of the East 36-6 feet of the West 396 feet of the Northwest Northeast quarter of 24 -13 -18 E.W.M. , and there being no objections in writing o-r. otherwise to said im provement, it. is ordered that the ordinance creating a Local Improve=ment District be laid. on the table for one week; carried,Dudley,Hedges and. RESOLUTION NO.B -928, BE IT RESOLVED B - THE CITY COI,SNLISSION OF T11EE' CITY OF' YAKIMLA,WASHINGTON: That-it is its intention to construct an eight -inch vitrified clay pipe sewer in the alley east of North First Street from the alley north of Yakima Avenue to a point 200 feet north of the north.line of A Street, said sewer to be provided with one manhol 'e, one flush end and. the necessary wye branches, and the doing of su -ch other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor prepared by the City Engineer and filed. by the City Clerk. All- persons who may desire to object to said proposed. improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting.of the City Commission to be held. at its. offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakirna,77ashington, at the hour of 9 0' clock, A.3'1. , on Monday the 19th day of July,1926, which time and. .place are hereby fixed. for the hearing of all matters relating to-said proposed improvement, all objections thereto and for determining the method of pay6ient therefor, and. the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and. of the intention -to make the aforesaid.improvement.
