The City Commission met in regular session,Mayor Dudley, and Commissioners Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Traub, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
June 14th,1926, be approved as read; carried,Dudley,Hedgee and Traub voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Traub,seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for opening bids on North
Sixth Street from Yakima Avenue to "D" Street and "A" Street from Naches Avenue to Sixth
Street in Local Improvement District No.421, and the following bein a list of the bids
received it is-ordered that the bid of the Yakima Paving Company for 4" Rock with 2"
Bituminous wearing surface in the sum of 122,001.20 as the lowest and best bid for said' -
type of paving and the Mayor and. City Clerk are Ilereby instructed to enter into a contract
therefor upon the filing of the proper bond; carri ed,Dudley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on
roll call.
