RESOLUTION NO.B- 925,W1E,REAS, a petition has been filed requesting the establishment of a Local Improvement District for the purpose of constructing the necessary pipe lines and appurtenances and acquiring the necessary water and water rights in order to supply various lots and tracts of land with water for irrigation and domestic purposes, which said Local Improvement District is to receive its water supply through the pipe lines of Local Improve anent. District No.-S-78 of the City of Yakima,'Vlas hington;and 11WHEREAS, it i_s deemed. expedient by the City Commission that a local improvement district be formed for the purpose of constructing the necessary pipe lines and, appurtenan ces and acquiring the necessary neater and water rights in order to supply various lots and tracts of land with water for irrigation and. domestic purposes;' NO '.77 TI]EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVHD BY THE CITY COLffiISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA.;J WASHINGTON: That. the City of Yakima intends and. hereby declares its intention to improve the following described. property,to -wit: Lots 1 to 10 inclusive of Sherman Addition and. the North 120 feet of the South 150 feet of the East 366 feet of the nest 396 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest cuarter of Section 24,Township 13 North,Range 18,E.W.M., all in the City of Yakima,Washington. This improvement is to consist of the acquiring of the necessary water and. grater. rights for furnishing water for irrigation and. dome -stic purposes to a.11 the property above described. and the construction of an extension to the lateral pipe line of the General "later System of the City of Yakima,located. in the alley between Lincoln and Garfield Avenues and. running west from the main pipe line located. on Lewis Avenue, said.extension to run west 360 feet along a line parallel with and. 135 feet north of the north line of Lincoln Avenue' from a point 373.5 feet,i. ;west of the west line of Lewis Avenue, togetlier with galvanized iron pipe service connections extending from said lateral pipe line to the marginal lines of each lot or ttact..of land within said. district abutting upon either side of the lateral pipe herein provided. for, and the doing of such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith.
