ORDINANCE NO.A -982, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of certain streets
in the City of Yakima,Washington, by grading and paving the same, establishing a Local
Improvement District., . _providing the method of payment therefor; and. creating a spedi&l fund

hearing on the petition of the Presbyterian Congregations of'Yakiina, for the 31st of Iay,192
_and. Whereas, said„ 31st day of May fell on a legal holiday, said. petition came on for
hearing on this 1st day of June and it is hereby ordered. that the ordinance vacating the
alley running east and. west through Block No-331 from the east line of Eighth Avenue to
the north and, south center line of�,,said block be passed. as finally read.; carried,Dud.ley,
