to be received by. the City of Yakima in the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall of
the said City of Yakima,19ashington, up. to 10 o'clock A.M. on the 24th day of relay ,1926, for
the purchase of general negotiable coupon bonds of said City in the principal sum of

The State of Washington bids par for serial bonds of City of Yakima in Yakima
Count y,liVashingt*on, An the total amount of $350,000.00, said bonds to be issued in denomin-
ations as agreed and that only bond number one shall be of a denomination other than.a
Multiple of one hundred. dollars, to become due and payable in their numerical - order, the
lowest numbers first, on the annual interest- paying -dat.e.s, &o=tiencing with. the second year
after the...date of issue of said bonds, in suchamount.s (as nearly as- practicable) as will,
together with the interest. on the outstanding bonds., be met by an equal annual tax levy
for the payment of said. bonds and interest. Said bonds to bear interest at the rate of 5
per cent per annum, payable semi - annually, principal and interest to be payable at the

25 years.
