Moved. by Tr.aub;aeconded. by Hedges, that this being the time-and. place for opening bid.s for paving in Local Improvement Districts Nos'.417,418 and 419, and the firm. of McHugh & Coluccio, represented by Frank McHugh appeared before the City Commission before said: bids were opened, and stated that said firm had submitted. bids on all three of the above districts and. that in submitting said bids he reserved the right, in case said firm was not the low bidder on each of said. proposed improvement to withdraw all thre of said bids; It is therefore ordered that in consideration of the above statement, al bids unless low on all districts are hereby rejected;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges arid.
