voting aye on roll call.

5th,1926, be approved. as read.; carried.,Dudley,Hed.ges and. Traub voting aye on-_roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded. by Hedges, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized. to give notice
to contractors by publication as required by law for receiving bids for paving North Sixth
Street from Yakima Avenue to E,'•Street and A.B.0 and. D Streets from Naches Avenue to-Seventh
Street in Local Improvement District No..421; said. bids to be received on 11onday,Apri1 26th
1926, at 10 o'clock A.M. carried.,Dudley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
ORDINAN NO A-974, entitled.: "An Ord.icance providing for the improvement of certain. streets
in the City of Yakirna,Tashington, by grading and paving the sa me, establishing a Local
Improvement District, providing the method of payment therefor, and. creating a specialtfund"
was introduced. by Traub and. read. by the City Clerk.
