Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that this being the time and. place .for the hearing on the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 416, and-there-being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or any part therefor; it-was ordered that the ordinance confirming the assessment roll for said district be passed as finally read.; carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Hed.ge.s, that this being the time and place for the hearing on Resolution No.B -914 to construct a sewer in Block 17 original townsite and Block 18 in Southern Addition, and. there being no objections in writing or - otherwise -to said, improve- ment it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for one week;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
