Moved by Dud.ley, seconded by Traub, that the minutes-,of the regular meeting of Mond.ay,March
22nd,1926, be approved. as read.; carried.,Dud.ley,Hedges and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that this being the time and. place .for the hearing on
the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 416, and-there-being no objections
in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or any part therefor; it-was ordered that
the ordinance confirming the assessment roll for said district be passed as finally read.;
carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hed.ge.s, that this being the time and place for the hearing on
Resolution No.B -914 to construct a sewer in Block 17 original townsite and Block 18 in
Southern Addition, and. there being no objections in writing or - otherwise -to said, improve-
ment it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the
table for one week;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and. Traub voting aye on roll call.

Resolution No.B -913 to improve North Sixth Street from Yakima Avenue to E Street and..A,B,
C & D Streets eadh from Naches Avenue-to Seventh Street, and the district being represente
by 41.9% protest, it was ordered. that-the ordinance crdating a local improvement district
be laid. on the table for one week; carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and. Traub . voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A- 971,entitled: "An Ordinance confirming the Assessment R.11 covering Local
Improve lent District No.416, as established. by Ordinance No.A -960, of the Ordinances of
the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Traub and read by tile-City Clerk.-
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Traub, that Ordinance No.A -971 be passed to its second - read.ing
and. read. by title orrly;carried,Dudley;Hedges and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
