Traub voting aye on roll cal RESOLUTION NO.B -915 HE IT T'SOL•VED BY THE CITY CgUMISSI.ON OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA,WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to improve North Seventh Street from Yakima Avenue. to H.Street, by grading and paving the same with either a one course Portland. cement concrete pavement, a vibrolithic concrete pavement, or a pavement having a Portland. cement concrete base, a..black base or a crushed. rock base and *either a bituminous-concrete-wearing surface or a Warrenite Bitulithic wearing surface, the pavement to be 40 feet in width -from Yakima Avenue to A Street and 32 feet'in width from A street to H Street, by constructing concrete curbs along each side of said. pavement, toge.t.her with the necessary pipes and culverts and concrete walks at street intersections, anal. by doing such other work as may be necessa7 in connection therewith, all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, pre. pared. by the City Engineer -and filed with the .City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said. proposed improvement are hereby notified to a- -omear and. present si;ch objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima.,J1Jashington, at the hour of nine o'clock A. I. on Monday, the 5th day of April,1926, which time and place are hereby fixed. for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed, improvement, all objections thereto, and. for determining the method of payment therefor, and. the City Clerk is hereby directed. to give due. notice of said hearing and. of the intention to. make the aforesaid. improvement. The cost and expense of, said impr,overient shall be borne by and assessed. against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law, and. the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed. herein for said hearing. all of the data and other information required. by law to be submitted, by him.
