RESOLUTION NO.B -913, BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE CITY COiMITISSION OF TIFF CITY OF YAYIMA,WASHINGT That it is its intention to improve: North Sixth Street from Yakima Avenue to E Street and A Street, B Street, C Street and. D Street, each from North ,Naches Avenue to North Seventh -- Street, by grading and paving-the same with either a one course Portland. cement-concrete pavement, a vibro.lithic concrete pavement, or a pavement having a bitum- inous concrete wearing surface or -a Warrenite Bitulithic wearing surface and either a Portland. cement concrete base, a black base...or a crushed rock base, by constructing con- crete curbs-along each side-of said pavements, by constructing.the necessary pipes, culverts and conc.rete-walks at street and alley intersections, -the pavement on North Sixty Street .to be 50 feet-in width from Yakima -Avenue to A Street .and 40 feet in width from Street to E S+reet, and_ the pavements on A Street,B Street,C Street and. D Street -to be 32 feet in width excepting that 'along the north side of A Street from North A. Naches Avenue to the alley east thereof there shall be constructed 12 feet additional width of pavement which shall-be for the special benefit of lots 15 and 16 in Block 109 and shall be assess- ed against said lots only; and. by doing ail such other work as may be necessary in conn- ection therewith, all in accordance with the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and. filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may d.esire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and. present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held. at its offices in the City Office Building in the City')of Yakima,71ashington, at the hour of 9 o'clock A.M. on Monday, the 29th day of March,1926, which time and. place are hereby fixed for the hearing of-all ratters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections thereto and. for d.etermining the method of payment therefor; and the City Clerk is hereby directed. to give due notice of said.hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid im- orovement .
