February 15th;1926, be approved. as read.;-carried,Dud.ley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on roll
call.
Moved. by Traub, second.ed by Hed.gesr:, that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution
No.B -907, to pave North Sixth''Avenue from the north line of West C Street to North Avenue
and-there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part
thereof it is ordered. that the ordinance creating a local. impr'overaent district be. laid. on
the table for one week; carried.,Dud.ley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub,- seconded by Hedges, that the hearing on ResxoIttion No.B -908 to pave North
Seventh Street from Yakima Avenue to "H" Street be continued to hionday,March lst,1926, . on
account.of a protest being filed against said improvement ;carried,Dudley,Hed.ges and. Traub
voting aye on roll-call.

the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No-396, and there-being no object-
ions in writing or otherwise to -said assessment roll or any part thereof, it is ordered.
that the ordinance confirming the assessment roll and every part thereof is hereby passed

Loved. by Dud.ley,seconded. by Hedges, that the bid of the State of Washington for the
:450,000.00 General Obligation Bonds and. the bids submitted by.Burr,Conrad. & Broom Inc.,
Baillargeon & Winslow Company,Wm.B.Harper & Son Inc., and Seattle National Bank for
$450,000.00 General Obligation and 1, 0,000.00 Water Revenue Bonds are hereby rejected
and. all contracts entered into with above companies for -purchase of same are hereby
rescinded; carried,Dudley,Hedges and. Traub,voting aye on roll call.
