RESOLUTION NO.B-909, ME IT RESOLVED BY TI-1E CITY COM1-AISSION OF- THE CITY OF YAKIMIA, WASH INGT ON: That it is its intention to improve Second Avenue North. from West Yakima Avenue to 'Test D Street',. also West B Street from First Avenue North to Second. Av6nue North, ,rid C Street and. West C- Street f rom',North- First St-re6t _to,S6co­nd. RESOLUTION NO.B-910, HE IT RESOLVITD BY TH`-F, CITY C010619STON OF THPi CITY OF YAKIMA,1,TVASHINGTON: That it is its intention to improve West C Street from Second Avenue North to Sixth Avenue North, in the City of Yakima',Yakima County,Washingt.on,by grading and. paving the same with either a one course Portland. cement concrete pav-ement,a vibrolithic concrete pavement or a pavement having a Portland. 'ceiment concrete base and . either a bituminous concrete wearing surface, or a "Warrenite'Bitulithic" wearing surface said pavement to be 24 feet in width, by constructing the necessary culverts,-oi-pes and-drains at street inter- sections and by doing all such other work'as may be necessary in connection therewith,all in accordance with the plans and. specifications therefor to be prepared by. the City Enginedr .and. filed with the City Clerk.
