25th,1926; and adjourned. meeting thereof be approved as read.; ca.rried.,Dud.l'ey,Hed.ges and

of the sewer on Pierce Avenue in Local Improvement District N6.396, by the contractors,
McHugh and Colltzcio, in the sure of 1'88,530.55, said. improvement is hereby accepted. with
the exce-r)tion of certain crosswalks, curbs, etc., to be completed at a later date and. it is
hereby agreed' that McHugh and. Coluccio deposit with the City Clerkthe sum of 1'1200.00 to
guarantee said. completion, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to prepare an
assessmient roll for said district and. the City Clerk authorized. to give notice of hearing

H Street, by grading and paving the same with either a one course Portland. cement concrete
pavement, a vibrolithic concrete pavement, or a pavement having a - Portland cep!ent concrete
base, a black base or a crushed. rock base and. either a bituminous concrete �iiearint- surface
or a ,'iarreni.te Bitulithic wearing. surface, the pave-rr,ent to be 40;-feet in width from Yakima
Avenue to A Street and. 32 feet in width from A Street to H Street by constructing concrete
curbs alone, each side of said. pavement, together with the necessary pipes and_ culverts and,
concrete tiralks at street intersections, and by doing such other work as may be necessary
