Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 9th,1925, be approved as read; carried.,Dudley,Hed.ges and. Traub voting aye on roll
call.

grading; arid. graveli -ng Twenty Fourth Avenue from Test Chestnut Street to Summitview Avenue,
in Lo.cLl Improvement District No-414, and: the bid. of J.D. Lennington in t-he s -tun Cf
$1779.60 being the lowe.st and .best bid, said contract is hereby awarded to him and. the
Mayor and. City Clerk authorized to. execute a contract therefor upon receipt of the proper
bond as providecr by law; carried,Dudley,Hed.ges and. Traub voting aye on roll (.:call.

the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No.400, and there being no objections
