Special Municipal Election was 4178, and the total number of votes cast in favor of the above proposition wab 3980, and the total number of votes cast against the.above proposition was 198, and. we further find. and determine from the above and. foregoing canvass, that the said proposition received a sufficient number of votes-at said Special Municipal election to carry the` same; and wec?.do hereby declare and certify that said proposition carried.
