Moved. by-Traub, seconded. by Hedges, that the city engineer having reported the completion of constructing a.sewer on Pacific Avenue in Local Improvement District No.402, by the contractor,G-eo.F.Zacho, in the sum of x'',.'4918.03; it is hereby ordered that the City Enginee prepare an assessment roll for said district and. the City Clerk to give notice by pub- lication as required. by law for said. hearing- on iitonday, Sept ember 14th,1925, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO.B- 893,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO1ffAISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIT'A,*WASHINGTON That it is the intention.. of the City Commi.ssi on of the City of Yakima,' Washing- ton to improve Eleventh Avenue South from Division Street to.St.Helens Street, ail in the City of Yakima,'Joshi.ngton-; °'by grading- and paving the same with either a. one course Portland. cement concrete. pavement or a pavement having a bituminous concrete wearing surface-,, and -e-ither- a -Portland .cement concrete base; - a' black base or a crushed rock base, the pavement to be twenty four .feet in width, by constructing concrete curbs along each side of said pavement, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the -plans and specifications therefor to be.,�prepared by the City Engineer,- and._filed with the. City Clerk.
