Jenne, is hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to give.notice by publication aa3 required by lacy for the hearing on said roll for Monday;16'ay 26th,1924, at 9 o'clock A.M..carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO-A-840, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the borrowing of money by the City of Yakima and issuing its negotiabae bonds therefor „for the purchase of fire apparatus and a site for a fire station by said City, prescribing the form of bonds and creating a sink- ing fund'to. redeem said bonds and interest ", was introduced- by Dudley, and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Hedges, seconded by Dudley, that Ordinance No.A -840 be passed-to its -second readin and read by title only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye. on. roll call.
