Moved by Rovig, .seconded by Marble, that the minutes of the regular meeting. 0--f Monday, March 12th,1923, be approved as read; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call. Moved by Marble,. seconded by Fraser,. that the payroll for the street .department on the Current Expense Fund in the sum of $1043.82 from I�Larch 5th. to March. 17th, 1923, and on the Cemetery Fund in the sun? of $258.00 be allol,ied and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Harble voting aye on roll call-. RESOLUTION NO.B -832, BE IT RESOLVED BY.THL CITY COivU:IISSION OF THE CITY OF irAKIIdiA,AdASHIlIGlOIT: .That it is its intention to improve the south side of Wast Mali, L t Street from 13th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South, by the construction of a Portland, Cement concrete sidev.ialk five feet in ii;idth, and by doing all such other ,fork as may be necessary in con- nection therewith, all in accordance zrrith the plans and specifications therefor, :ore-oared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object, to-said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building, in the City of Yakima, "Washington, at the hour of nine o'clock A.M. on Monday, the 9th da,r of Apri1,1923, which time and place are hereby firmed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections. there'o and. for determining the method of payr1e.zt therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesair:_1- improvement.
