Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the hearing on Resolution No.P - :904 for paving South Third Street came on for hearing and no protests being presented either in writing or otherwise, it is ordered that the ordinance creating a Local Improvement District, be laid -on the table for one week; carried, Rovig,Frsser and Ygrble voting aye on roll ca1.l.. Moved by Burble, seconded by Fraser, that, the bond of Coluccio & Erickson, in the sum of $2819.30 for constructing cement concrete sidewalks in Local Improvement Districts -NNos 354 .,nd 355 is hereby. approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a con- tract for the doing of said work; carried, Rovig,Fraeer and Marble voting aye on roll call.
