The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Burns and CoaTriissioners Huza and Huey
present on roll. call.
The minutes of the re ' -rular rtaeetirig of Monday, March 28, 1955, and *recessed meeting there•
of wore approved as read.
This being the time for the heaping on Resolution No. C-1221, providing for the construc•
tion of domestic water system in Lots 1 to 10, of"The Uplands", and there being no objec-
tions in writing, or otherwise, to said iinprovement, or any part thereof; it was MOVED
by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B-1678, creating L.I.D. No. 803, be passed
as read: carried, Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call.

RESOLUTION NO. C-12341 BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKEVIA, STATE OF
WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF THE VACATION OF the public
alley over Lots 22, 23, and 24 of Block 29,
ori7inal townsite of North Yakima, now Yakima,
Washington, being a strip of land 15 feet wide,
the center 'Line being described as follows:
Beginning on the South line of Lot-24, extending
easterlY 7.5 feet; thence Northerly parallel and 7.5
feet f , rom easterly line of Lot 24 17.5 feet; thence
to the left on the arc of a curve of 32.5 feet
radius and central angle 90'51.051 to point of
tangency on line between Lots 22 and 23; thence
westerly along, said line 115 feet to westerly line
of Block 29. The boundaries of the extremities of
said strip are the South line of Lot 24 extended

alley over lots 22, 23, and 24 of Block 29, original towmsite of North Yakima, now Yaki
Washington, as more fully described in the caption hereof;

BE IT RESOLYE. � BY THE CITY COPPIISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
