This being the time for the heaping on Resolution No. C-1221, providing for the construc• tion of domestic water system in Lots 1 to 10, of"The Uplands", and there being no objec- tions in writing, or otherwise, to said iinprovement, or any part thereof; it was MOVED by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B-1678, creating L.I.D. No. 803, be passed as read: carried, Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.
