The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, March 21st, 1955 and recessed meeting thereof, were approved as read. This being the time for receiving bids for the construction of curbs and gutter on the following districts, to wit, 17th Avenue South from Nob Hill Boulevard to West Prasch Avenue, L.I.D. No.- 794; 37th Avenue North, Lots 1 to 16, Rice-Dibbert Addition, L.I.D. No. 797; 10th Avenue South L.I.D. Trio . 801; Mead 'avenue L.I.D. No. 802. De Blasio Bros-. were the only bidder for above projects. Bids were as follows: 17th Ave South L I.D. No. 794 37th Ave North L:I.D. No. 797 10th Ave South L.I.D. 114o. 801 Mead Avenue L.I.D. C_� Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns that Resolution No. C-1232, authorizing the City of Yakima, to execute and enter into that certain easement agreement with Harold D. Graham and wife for an improved roadway connecting with their property in the vicinity of the Yakima Municipal Airport, be adopted as read: carried, Burns,.Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C-12321 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISISION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That the City of Yakima shall execute and enter into that certain easement, ao'reerne,_nt with Harold D. Graham and Esther A. Graham, husband and wife, t�' for an improved roadway connecting -; g ' with their property in the vicinity of the Yakima Municipal Airport as more fully provided in said easement as attached hereto. C-12331 BE IT RESOLVED BY T11 I E CITY COY]MISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That it is its intention to improve the lots and tracts of land included -�,vithin the following described -district, by constructing a pipe sewer with the necessary wye branches, manioles- and flush tank; all of said improvements to be m nstru ed in full accordance with the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed ,,,pith the City Clerk. All costs and expenses in connection i,fith the construction of said, improvement, including the cost of engineering, inspection, advertising, publicaticr. of notices, and all other expenses incident thereto, shall be levied and assessed against the above described property embraced within said Local Improvement District as provided by law; this improvement to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and speci- fications to be prepared by the City Engineer; and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the date herein fixed for said hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to be by him submitted.
