C-12231 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COY14ISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of said City that certain agreement dated March 14th, 1955,,between the City of Yakima and Northwest Airlines, Inc., a corporation, as lessee, the right to use a portion of the Yakima Municipal Airport durin,­ the fixe-year period from April 11 1955, to March 31, 1960, for the rentals and fees to be paid to said City, and upon the terms and conditions as therein more fully provided; a copy of said amreement being attached hereto.
