This being the time for receiving bids for constructing the Crescent Hill Sewer System, L.T.D. No. 798, the following bids were received: N. L. Kimball 06)056.21 on T & G. Concrete on B & S Concrete Carroll Pk. Sanislo 11"6,913-58 on T & G Concrete N 7,953-52 on B & S Concrete DeBlasio Bros. 51139-33 on T &'G Concrete 35,373.x-5 on B & S Concrete Said bids were turned over to the City Engineer ID for compilation. This being the time for receiving the bids for the construction of 37th Avenue North Irrigation District the following bids were received: N. L. Kimball 2,18 .90 De Blasio Bros p21224.20 Said bids were turned over to the City Engineer for compilation. The Citv Engineer having reported the completion of the 23rd Avenue South Irrigation distriA,L.,I.D. Nb- 793 by the contractor, it was MOVED by Huey, seconded by Huza that said report be accepted and the City Engineer instructed to prepare an assessment roll f said district, and the City Clerk instructod to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, the 21st day of March 1955, at 10 o'clock A.M: carried, Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. This being the time for receiving bids for the purchase of two Packer-type bodies for the Garbage Department, said bids were read and tabulated and taken under advisement by the City Commission. This being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. C-1210 providing for the construc- tion of curbs and gutters on 10th Avenue South and Lenox and there being no objections in ,vriting, or otherwise t � o said improvement, or any part thereof; it was MOVED by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B-1664, creating - - :' L.I.D. No. 801, be passed as read: carried, Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B-16641 AN ORDINANCE.-Providing for the -improvement of certain property by grading, ballasting, surfacing and co-nstructin­- concrete curbs and gutters; establishing • local improvement district, providing for the method of payment therefor, and creating • special fund. MOVED by Huza, seconded by Burns that Resolution No. C-1218 providing for a Sewer Construction Fund to be established in the sum of $100,000.00 and the transferring from the 1,11ater 'Fund -to said Sewer Construction Fund, for a loan until Bonds for said construc- tion have been issued for repayment to the -Water Fund, was adopted as read: carried, Burns, Huza and Huey votin aye on roll call. .1 RESOLUTION NO. MOVED by Huey, seconded by Burns that upon the recommendation of the City Engineer, the bid of DeBlasio Bros. in the sum of $5,139-33 T & G Concrete, be accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the City of Yakima for doing said work upon the filing of -the proper bond therefor: carried, Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. MOVED by Huey, seconded by Huza that upon the recommendation of the City Engineer, the bid of De Blasio in the sum of $1,537-90 for collstructuing an irrigatioi.-i system on 37th Avenue North, L.I.D.
