C-1200) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO1v1rv1ISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That it is its intention to construct an irrigation system to I-D serve the following, described property, situate in the City of Yakima,• Yakima County, W,,ashinSton, to-wit: Lots I to 16,- inclusive, of the Rice-Dibbert Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof-on file in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, said improvement to consist of the construction of the necessary main, lateral, service connections, and other appurtenances to deliver water for irrigation purposes to each lot within the proposed district; and to be constructed in full accordance with the plan and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk.
