'The minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday, September 2nd 1952., were approved as read. ' . Moved by Carpenter, seconded by Burns, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice to bidders for the purchase of a Calculator for the City Treasure; bids to be received on Monday, September 22nd 1952, . at 10 :00 o'clock A.M. carried-, Burns, Huey and Carpenter voting aye -on roll call. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to advertise for bids for the- construction of an Administration Office building at Fire.Station No. 1, and a Signal Office building at Fire Stateion No. 2, said bids to be received on Monday September 22nd 1952 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. Moved by Huey, seconded by 'Carpenter, that the City Engineer having reported the completion of L.I.D. No. 729, said improvement is hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the-City Clerk instructed to °give notice of hearing on said roll by publication for Monday the 29th day of September, 1952 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., carried. Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. n Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that the City Engineer having reported the completion of the improvement in L.I.D. No..741, said work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare ancassessment roll for said district and the City Clerk instructed to give notice of hearing by publication for Monday, the 29th day of September 1952:, carried: Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that ,this, being the time for. the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D.. No. 723, and there being insufficient protest against said assessment roll or any part thereof; it is ordered that Ordinance No. B -1392 con- firming said assessment roll, and every part thereof be passed as read, carried; Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -1392, AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll coveing Local Imp° ovement District No. 723• as created and established by Ordinance No. B. -1254 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima. Moved by Huey, seconded- b by Carpenter, that this being the time f or the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 731, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll, or any part thereof:. It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -1393 confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof, be passed as read, carried: &urns, 'Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -1393, AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No ®.731 as created and established by Ordinance No. B- 1328 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima.
