The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, i�ovember 13, 1950, and adjourned meeting thereof, were approved as read. ORDINANCE NO. B -1195, granting to the Northern Pacific Railway Company, a corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and to its successors and assigns, the right, privilege, license and authority to construct, operate and maintain a certain railroad spur track in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington. Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns,, that Ordinance No. B -1195, granting to Northern Pacific Railway Company the right to construct a spur track on South Third Street, etc., be passed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -942, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASH. That it is its intention to construct a domestic water system to serve all of the lots and tracts of land included within the foliovL ng described dis- trict situated in Yakima County,- Washington: Rose Park, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of said County. Said improvement to consist of the installation of the necessary mains, fire hydrants, valves and other appurtenances for the purpose of supplying water for domestic use; and to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and specifications to be pre- pared by the 'City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improve- ment are hereby notified to appear and present such objections, if any, at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its office in the City Hall in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of 10 :00 o'clock A.M., on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1950, which time and place are hereby,.fixed for the hearing on all matters relating to s aid proposed improvement, or objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor; and the City 'Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to'make the aforesaid improve- ment. The cost and expense of said improvement, including the cost of acquiring right of way easements, engineering, surveying, advertising, inspection, publication of notices and all other expenses incident thereto shall be borne by and assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law and as above described; and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to -the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to be by him submitted. RESOLUTION NO. rC -943, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY rCOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WN.: That it is its intention to construct a domestic water system to serve all of the lots and tracts of land included within the following described dis- trict situated in Yakima County, Washington; Beginning at the intersection of 34th Avenue South with Tieton Drive; thence Westerly along Tieton Drive to the West line of South Glenn Drive Tracts; thence Northerly along said West line to West Walnut Street; thence East- erly along West Walnut Street to 34th Avenue South; thence Southerly.along 34th Avenue South to the point of beginning. Said improvement to consist of the installation of the necessary mains, fire hydrants, valves and other appurtenances for the purpose of supplying water for domestic use, and to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and specifications to be pre- pared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk.
