The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 21, 1949, were approved as read. Moved by :Clark, seconded by Buck that the City Engineer having reported the completion of the alley paving in Blocks 92, 111 and 150 in L.I:D. No. 681, said work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer instructed to prepare an assessment roll for said dis- trict: carried Buck and Clark voting aye on roll call. Bishop absent. Moved by Buck, .seconded by Clark, that the petition of the Cahalan Investment Co, owner of Lot 275 Block 91', Yakima Community Hotel, 'Inc. owner of Lots 1 to 6, Block 91, asking for the vacation of the east west alley in Block No. 91, from its intersec- tion with 4th St. easterly to the west line of Lot 27, Block 91 as extended northerly to the south line of Lot 6 of said block, is hereby denieds carried Buck and 'Clark, voting aye on roll call.- Bishop absent. Moved by 'Clark, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -1069, providing for the consoli- dation of the curb and gutter districts of 10th Avenue South and Lenox Avenue and other streets be passed as read: carried Buck and !Clark voting aye on roll call. Bishop absent. ORDINANCE NO. B -1069, providing for the improvement of certain property by grading, ballasting, surfacing and constructing concrete curbs and gutters; establishing a Local Improvement District, providing for the method of payment therefor and creating a special fund. ORDINANCE NO. B -1070, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 649, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the pay- ment of the unpaid portion thereof. IVioved by (Clark, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -1070 be passed as read: carried Buck and Clark voting aye on roll call. Bishop absent. ORDINANCE NO.
