The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, October 31, 1949, were approved as read. Moved by Buck, seconded by Clark that the informal decision of the Commissioners to award the contract for sidewalks in Local Improvement Districts No's 684 and 685 to Gallagher and Brandt in the sum of $1476.80 and the execution of the contract for such work are hereby ratified and confirmed: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Buck that the City Engineer having reported the completion of the alley east of 12th Avenue, paving district No. •676, said work is hereby accepted: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Buck that the City Engineer having reported the completion of the South Nob Hill storm sewer project; It is ordered that said work be accepted: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
