Mr. Mark Brzoska
Engineering Manager
Yakima County
128 North 2 Street
Yakima, WA 98901
Dear Mark,
On behalf of the City of Yakima, I want to personally thank you for both assisting us with
the selection of a construction inspection firm for the Martin Luther King Jr. underpass
and more importantly, calculating a fair benchmark price for these services.
Based on your work, we were able to negotiate a reduction of the construction
inspection firm's proposed cost of $1,370,000 to $973,000.
Thanks largely to you, we were able to save almost $400,000!!
Sincerely,
N i f
