Consent Agenda All items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the. City Council and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. A citizen or Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda, and if approved, it will be considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. A. Consideration of approval of City Council Meeting Minutes B. Consideration of approval of Council Committee Meeting Minutes C. Final Contract Payment for Knobel's Electric, Inc. - City Facilities Lighting Upgrade Project #199 (Standard Motion V -B- Accept the project and approve the final payment) D. 2012 2nd Quarter Capital Improvement Projects Report E. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with The Master's Touch LLC for Statement Printing and Mail Processing F. Appropriation Ordinance amending the 2012 budget in various funds to provide for negotiated Labor Settlements (second reading) 5. Audience Participation Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor and /or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e -mail messages are strongly encouraged. PUBLIC HEARINGS 6. Public meeting to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation that a portion of S 15th Avenue between Prasch Avenue and Nob Hill Boulevard be vacated, as petitioned by YVCC. 7. Public meeting to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation that a portion of two streets and a portion of an alley in the vicinity of the Davis High School campus located at 212 South 6th Avenue, be vacated as petitioned by the Yakima School District. 8. Public meeting to consider the final plat of Wellington Estates Phase 2, located in the vicinity of South 58th Avenue and West Whitman Street. CITY MANAGER REPORTS 9. Resolution considering "East -West Corridor Route Selection from 1 -82 to N 1st Street" Report 10. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Supplement No. 9 of the Professional Services Agreement with Berger /ABAM Engineers, Inc. for continued engineering support of the Yakima Railroad Grade Separations Project. 11. Other Business 12. Adjournment The next meeting will be a Council Study Session on July 24, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the Council Chambers. 13. Council General Information A. Council General Information Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. A Council packet is available for review at the City Clerk's Office and the Library. A packet is also available on line at www.yakimawa.gov under Quick Picks. The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings.
