Resolution authorizing execution of an agreement with Magallan Consultancy for planning and coordination services related to Gang Free Initiative 10. Resolution authorizing execution of an interlocal agreement for the Regional Fire Authority financial study *11. Resolution authorizing execution of an agreement with Widener and Associates to develop the environmental documentation for the 64 Avenue roadway widening project and authorizes the City Manager to execute other contracts and agreements required for this project *12. Resolution authorizing execution of an agreement with Golder Associates, Inc. for the preliminary hydro - technical assessment services for the Water Treatment Plant intake project ORDINANCES *13. Second reading of an Ordinance amending the 2011 Budget and making appropriations in various funds to provide for increased costs of fuel, jail contracts, street maintenance supplies, street -light electric power, unexpected retirement cash outs, along with new grant awards *14. First reading of an Ordinance amending the 2011 Budget and making appropriations in various funds to provide for increased 911 telephone costs; Integrated Public Safety System (IPSS); Lincoln Avenue railroad underpass project costs; and to replace a damaged Refuse truck. Ordinance concerning parks and playgrounds; amending Chapter 13.16 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code by adding a new section 13.16.160 authorizing Yakima Police officers and the Parks and Recreation Manager to exclude individuals from city parks when there is probable cause to believe a person has committed a crime or infraction while in a city park and providing the opportunity to appeal the decision to exclude 16.
