ITEM TITLE: Set date of September 15, 2020, for a closed record public
hearing to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation on the
preliminary plat of Racquet Lane Luxury Townhomes located at
2600 Racquet Ln, and the associated development agreement
submitted by Racquet Lane Townhomes LLC

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
On April 22, 2020, Racquet Lane Townhomes LLC submitted a preliminary plat and master
planned development for Racquet Lane Luxury Townhomes, located at 2600 Racquet Ln. The
proposal consists of subdividing a single parcel in the Multifamily(R-3)zoning district into 73 lots,
and a master planned development to allow modifications to the code requirements, such as lot
minimum, lot size, and width. This site received land use approval in 2018 for construction of 73
townhomes. The Hearing Examiner held a virtual public hearing on July 23, 2020, for this
proposal.
